Please read these terms carefully before using our international logistics services

1 Acceptance of Terms

By engaging our international logistics services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and our company (the "Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

2 Services Description

Our company provides comprehensive international logistics services including:

Ocean Freight

  • • Full Container Load (FCL)
  • • Less than Container Load (LCL)
  • • Break-bulk cargo
  • • Port-to-port services

Air Freight

  • • Express air cargo
  • • Consolidated shipments
  • • Charter services
  • • Temperature-controlled cargo

Land Transport

  • • Cross-border trucking
  • • Rail freight
  • • Multimodal transport
  • • Last-mile delivery

All services are subject to availability, route accessibility, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations of origin, transit, and destination countries.

3 Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

Documentation and Compliance

  • Provide accurate and complete cargo information, including weight, dimensions, value, and contents
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and customs requirements

Cargo Preparation

  • Package goods appropriately for international transport
  • Declare hazardous materials and obtain necessary permits
  • Make cargo available for pickup at agreed times and locations

Failure to meet these obligations may result in delays, additional costs, or service termination. The Client is responsible for any penalties, fines, or damages resulting from non-compliance.

4 Pricing and Payment

Pricing Structure

  • • Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
  • • Prices may vary based on fuel surcharges and currency fluctuations
  • • Additional charges may apply for special handling or services
  • • All prices are subject to applicable taxes and duties

Payment Terms

  • • Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
  • • Prepayment may be required for new clients
  • • Late payment charges: 1.5% per month
  • • Payment methods: Bank transfer, Letter of Credit

Important Notice

Cargo may be held until all outstanding charges are paid in full. Storage charges will apply for cargo held beyond the free time period. The Company reserves the right to dispose of unclaimed cargo after 90 days.

5 Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the goods or the applicable international convention limits (Hague-Visby Rules, Warsaw Convention, CMR Convention, etc.).

Ocean Freight
USD 500 per package or USD 2 per kg
Air Freight
USD 20 per kg
Land Transport
USD 8.33 per kg

Insurance Recommendations

We strongly recommend that clients obtain comprehensive cargo insurance to cover the full value of their shipments. We can assist in arranging appropriate insurance coverage.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or market fluctuations.

6 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this agreement which is due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters and weather conditions
War, terrorism, and civil unrest
Government actions and sanctions
Port congestion and strikes
Pandemic and health emergencies
Cyber attacks and system failures
Changes in laws and regulations
Equipment breakdown and accidents

In the event of force majeure, the affected party will promptly notify the other party and use reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact. Performance obligations will be suspended during the force majeure period.

7 Termination

Immediate Termination

Either party may terminate services immediately in case of:

  • • Material breach of contract
  • • Insolvency or bankruptcy
  • • Illegal activities
  • • Non-payment of outstanding charges

Standard Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice:

  • • For convenience
  • • Change in business requirements
  • • Service route discontinuation
  • • Regulatory changes

Post-Termination

Upon termination, all outstanding obligations remain in effect. Cargo in transit will be completed under existing terms. All unpaid charges must be settled within 15 days of termination.

8 Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered.

International conventions (Hague-Visby Rules, Hamburg Rules, Warsaw Convention, CMR Convention) shall apply where applicable.

Dispute Resolution

1. Direct negotiation between parties
2. Mediation through recognized maritime arbitration
3. Binding arbitration under ICC rules

Time Limitations

All claims must be filed within one year from the date of delivery or the date when the goods should have been delivered. Claims not filed within this period will be time-barred and invalid.
